Our Team
Krisann
Krisann graduated from the University of Mary in 2008 with her master’s degree in occupational therapy and minor in Special Education. Since graduation she has worked primarily in the area of outpatient private practice, however has also worked in acute care and NICU settings. Krisann enjoys providing a variety of therapy services to the children she serves. In 2011 she received her Autism Spectrum Disorders certificate from the University of North Dakota. She also has trainings in the Therasuit Method and Universal Exercise Unit, Astronaut program, SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory), Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, and is ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) trained. Additionally, she has training focused on emotional regulation, trauma, primitive reflexes, and social skills. In 2025, Krisann completed Sibshop training, a program focused on providing peer support to siblings of children with support needs. Krisann loves being able to provide quality therapy services that meet kids and families where they are. She has enjoyed watching her team grow and being able to provide these services to a wider variety of kids and families, both in the Bismarck-Mandan area as well as surrounding rural communities. Outside of the clinic, Krisann enjoys working with her husband on their cattle ranch, reading, baking, gardening, and kayaking.
Jessica
Jessica graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2016 with her Master’s Degree in occupational therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. She has additional training in SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding and Beckman Oral Motor protocol. Jessica has worked at Little Lights Pediatric Therapy since 2022 and has enjoyed making connections with the children and families she treats. Jessica has four young children of her own and loves spending time in the sunshine, reading, and exercising.
Londa
Jodi
Jodi graduated from the University of Mary in 1999 with her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. She obtained a certificate in autism spectrum disorders through the University of ND in 2014 and is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), with coursework completed in 2022. Jodi has worked in a variety of settings including public schools, private pediatric outpatient clinics, and geriatric nursing homes. She has additional training in school-based OT, autism spectrum disorders, emotional regulation, behavioral interventions, sensory processing, and social skills. Jodi has been serving as an OTR/L with Little Lights Pediatric Therapy since the summer of 2022 in a part-time and PRN capacity. In her free time, Jodi enjoys camping, listening to podcasts, and working with her husband on projects around the house, yard and garden. She is blessed with 3 kids (2 daughters and a son), a grandson, husband, and small ‘zoo’ of pets/animals.
Kaylee
Kaylee graduated from the University of Mary in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has an abundance of additional education in functional vision training. She is also trained in Handwriting Without Tears, Astronaut Training: A Sound Activated Vestibular-Visual Protocol, Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention, SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding, and the Universal Exercise Unit. Kaylee joined the Little Lights team in 2022 and accepted her position as Therapy Manager in 2025. In her free time, Kaylee enjoys reading, boating, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Scott
Scott graduated from the University of Mary in 2009 with his Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. He completed S.O.S. Approach to Feeding in 2022 . Scott has worked in a variety of settings including a nontraditional setting with mainly adults with disabilities and high behaviors. He has also completed Sibs Shop training in 2025. In his free time, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
Leksie
Leksie graduated from the University of Mary in 2024 with her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Leksie has worked primarily in private pediatric outpatient clinics. She has additional training in Gestalt Language Processing (GLP). In her free time, Leksie enjoys being outside, spending time with her family and dogs, and spending time at the lake.
Katie
Katie graduated from the University of Mary in 2015 with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has over ten years of experience working in outpatient pediatric settings. She has training in the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) feeding protocol, sensory integration techniques, plagiocephaly and torticollis intervention, and vision interventions. She is also trained in the Therasuit and Universal Exercise Unit. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys reading, baking, and gardening in the summertime.
Lisa
Lisa graduated from the University of Mary in 2010 with her Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in Sociology, and in 2016 with her Master’s in Science in Occupational Therapy. Lisa has worked in pediatrics since 2017. She has specialized training in Pediatric Bowel and Bladder, Therapeutic Listening, Handwriting without Tears, behavioral interventions, sensory processing, and social skills. She is also trained in reflex integration and trauma informed care. In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing the violin in the Bismarck Mandan Symphony Orchestra, Kayaking, going for walks and spending time with friends and family.
Anna
Anna graduated from Calvin University in 2020 with her master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Anna has worked in early intervention and educational settings including preschool and middle school. She has experience with speech sound disorders, language disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), fluency disorders, and multidisciplinary early intervention home visits. In her free time, Anna enjoys reading, watching TV, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Lexy
Lexy graduated from the University of Mary in 2016 with her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in several settings as an OT, including long-term care/rehabilitation and home health and has been working in pediatrics since 2022. She is a Certified Infant Massage Coach and is trained in Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) testing. She has also taken continuing education courses related to reflex integration, sensory processing, and oral ties. When not at work, Lexy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, going camping, reading, and taking walks.
Madison
Madison graduated from the University of Mary in 2025 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has had clinical experiences in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, and pediatrics. Madison has special interest in working with infants with torticollis and plagiocephaly, children with cerebral palsy and spina bifida, as well as with older children who are working on global strengthening and conditioning. In her free time, Madison enjoys gardening, reading, and doing home projects with her husband.
Jenna
Jenna graduated from the University of Minnesota Moorhead in 2020 with her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a minor in Special Education. Jenna has worked in the school setting and pediatric outpatient clinics. She enjoys working with patients on expressive and receptive language delays, articulation disorders, social skills, and pragmatic language. In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, going for walks, and traveling.
MiKenna
MiKenna graduated from the University of Mary in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior to starting at Little Lights Pediatric Therapy, MiKenna worked at her hometown hospital for 6 years. During her time there she provided care for patients of all ages who were experiencing a variety of conditions. MiKenna enjoys working with kids on emotional and self regulation skills and finding ways to program with caregivers. In her free time, MiKenna enjoys painting, kayaking, taking her dog for a walk and spending time with family and friends.
Beth
Beth has over 10 years of experience in office administration and absolutely loves turning chaos into calm. She’s happiest when things are organized, running smoothly, and everyone knows exactly where to find what they need. One of her daily goals is simple: make someone smile. She truly enjoys getting to know the different families who come through the office and building those connections. Before settling into office life, Beth worked as a conductor for BNSF Railway—so she’s definitely not afraid of hard work or getting her hands dirty! When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find Beth spending time with her family, hanging out with her dogs, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
